Walter Reich is a chartered professional accountant and has worked for over 30 years in British Virgin Islands, Canada and the United Kingdom. He has resided in the British Virgin Islands since January 2006 after having worked in London for 6 years in a variety of capacities for the Lionhart hedge fund group with USD 900 million under management including CFO, Compliance Officer, Marketing Coordinator and Member of the Management Committee.
He founded Tovel Consulting Ltd. to provide mind & management, company specific related services. In addition to acting as director for a limited number companies, Walter Reich currently serves on the executive committee of the BVI Investment Funds Association and as an appointed member of BVI Finance Team Funds and the BVI Financial Services Commission established Securities, Investment Business and Mutual Funds Advisory Committee.
James Keyes is a Bermuda resident and citizen. James attended Oxford University in England as a Rhodes Scholar and graduated with a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (M.A. with Honours) in 1985. He was admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales in 1991 and as an attorney to the Bermuda Bar in 1993.
He was a Managing Director of Renaissance Capital, an emerging markets investment bank, from 2008 until 2012. Prior to that, he was a partner of Appleby for eleven years. Before Appleby, he was employed in the Corporate Department of Freshfields law firm, and worked in their London, New York and Hong Kong offices.
James acts as a non-executive director of a number of funds and companies. He became a Notary Public in 1998.
Octan Bannis is Corporate Secretary with over 15 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry of the British Virgin Islands. He is a member of the International Compliance Association (ICA) and holds industry standard certifications.
Kerry specialises in voluntary solvent liquidations, directorships of BVI companies and client accounting. Her experience spans across various industries including mining, retail, construction, petroleum and manufacturing with a more recent focus on hedge funds, holding structures and investment management. Kerry sits on the board of a number of both regulated and non-regulated BVI companies and also provides clients with BVI Economic Substance solutions. Kerry is a Director – Fiduciary and Custodial at Harneys Fiduciary, Tortola British Virgin Islands and has previously held audit positions with Deloitte & Touche in both British Virgin Islands and Zimbabwe.
Peter Van Zoost resides in Tortola, British Virgin Islands and graduated from St. Francis Xavier University, Canada as the Gold Medalist with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He started his professional career in 2001 with SJ McIsaac Chartered Accountant, Canada, focused in the area of public accounting and auditing. Peter is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nova Scotia. In 2006 Peter Van Zoost relocated to Fortis Prime Fund Solutions (Cayman) Limited in the Cayman Islands, where he focused on the preparation of financial statements for the offshore hedge fund industry and thereafter moved to Ogier Fund Administration Services (BVI) Ltd. as a Senior Fund Manager, until Ogier’s Fund Administration business was purchased by Conifer Fund Services Limited. Peter continued as a Senior Fund Administrator with Conifer until joining Tovel Investments Ltd. in late 2009.
Peter has thousands of hours of public accounting and financial statement preparation experience under both US GAAP and IFRS for various complex fund structures.

Throughout his career he has earned several prizes for his work, including the Science Prize of the Gertrud Spitz Foundation and a silver badge of honor from the German Society for Cardiology – Heart and Circulatory Research. Professor Kuck has also participated in a study evaluating the value of a therapeutic strategy to restore and maintain sinus rhythm in patients with atrial fibrillation and congestive heart failure. He is the former President of the European Heart Rhythm Association and the former President of the German Society of Cardiology, and has authored more than 450 scientific papers, many related to his specialist area of catheter ablation.
